Ive done this routine (3 sets each workout) once a week since this video dropped. At 3 months I had more definition. At 6 months i had a six pack and side abs (shark gills), and at this point i am still going strong. I dont look like Heria. It takes a lot to look like him, but thats not even what I'm going for. Im going for what my best self can be. This guy is not full of sh**. Do his workouts and stay disciplined and you will see results.

I’m going to do this everyday for a month and share how I feel.

Edit: It’s been 7 days - killer workout - I can feel my core get much stronger, and my other workouts getting better as well. Will keep you guys posted

Edit: it’s been about 13 days and I’m definitely seeing results in balance and overall strength. I’m trying to hit cardio and maintain my diet so my abs are seen. I can definitely see definition around my core.
Somethings I learnt to perform better is:
1) Don’t forget to breathe during the workout
2) close your eyes and focus on your breath if it’s hurting a lot so you don’t stop in the middle.
During the first week I couldn’t do let flutters, Russian twists, planks without breaks but now I can!!
Im still struggling with flutters but need to stay consistent. I’ll update you again in 6-7 days. Good luck ☺️

Edit tip: try to not stare at the time counter - just close your eyes and go for it

Edit Day 17: Hey guys - it’s been 4 days since my last entry. Feeling a little dull today as My day was swamped with work and I’m unable to workout generally. Finished this workout at 10 PM. You know what they say - stop when you’re done not when you’re tired. Im going to try to smash it and will give a new update on Day 20.

Edit Day 20: Finally woke up a little early today got the workout today. Feeling much better about each workout. I still one break with leg flutters but better than before where I had to stop a few times.
Im definitely feeling amazing and I can feel my core strength increase which is helping my workouts in the gym (where I do push, pull and legs + cardio for a few days)
Let’s go! My aim is to reach day 30

Edit Day 22: Hey guys! Just wanted to share today, my body was feeling extra tired and sluggish today so on things I don’t take breaks I took breaks today. But that’s okay - it’s important to do it anyway.
There are days you will feel strong and amazing and days you won’t no matter what happens let’s keep the grind on. Good luck!

Edit: Day 25: Hey guys! Just wanted to share a little, fell sick because of the flu going and had exams - feeling a little down. I’ve made a few changes to my plan - which is alternate day abs and cardio (need to drop my body fat %) I’m still a little sick today but going out for a run

Day 27: hey everyone!! Wanted to share my official day 27 update.
I’m feeling great honestly. After doing cardio I’m “seeing” more changes - key word seeing. If you want to see your abs - you gotta hit cardio and workout and take care of your diet. As a student my diet is a little difficult to maintain due to studies but I’m doing my best.

Day 37: Hey guys! How are you? My Day 37 update, it’s been going really well - I’ve stuck to my routine for almost a month. I am seeing my figure become more like a triangle an inverted dorito- this workout has improved my overall core strength and I’m still burning calories to get them to be shown.
Let’s get this 💪🏾 (the leg flutters are still the toughest haha)

Day 40: Hey everyone. I said I would do this for a month and I’ve finished my commitment to it. I’m currently still cycling it with my program. If anyone is curious what type of Push pull legs I do - I use push pull legs workout - I’ve used many training splits till date and I’m doing PPL now

Hey guys! Here is an update after 6 months, please note to always be in a calorie deficit if your abs are not showing. Fat loss and visible muscle requires patience and consistency.
Calculate your maintenance calories and stay below it. No matter how much of this workout you will do, there is no point if you are not eating your calories right.
Keep your steps high to keep burning fat, doing this workout helps with it as well as giving a quite a strong core.

Hey everyone! I’m back. Its almost been a year I’ve lost nearly 8-9 kgs. I started my deficit during October and now it’s a June. I’m doing a slow deficit but the results are definite. Make sure you’re in a. Deficit, track your calories and stay consistent. Remember this is the long run. It’s doesn’t end with the 15 min workout. Every choice you make will affect you. Take responsibility for your body - you got this ♥️

Chris always has the best abs exercises. I wish it was this easy to get them but I said it to myself this is the year Im going to get 6 Pack or Im done with gym. I even bought meal plan from Nextlevel diet just to be sure Im eating properly. Wish me luck !

Thank you Chris. Doing your workouts and following your advice I lost 25 pounds in 7 months. Something I never felt was possible. I cried when I stood on the scale at my goal weight this morning. Keep being amazing.

so i started working out consistently with cardio and weights etc about 4 months ago (beginning of january) and this has been my ab routine since day 1. With light cardio and weights and healthier eating my body fat has gone down from 22% to 16% and i am starting to see some abs!!! this is an amazing and easy routine that truly will give you abdominal muscle results if you stay consistent. I still can’t do two rounds properly but some say i’ll get there!!!!
