So true that once you’re in shape, you can get out of it. I use to be able to rock like 3 rounds of this but my mental health took a horrible turn in 2021 and now that I’m out of it 1 round of this is killer. 2023 imma be right back where I use to be in your programs!

Almost 8 months ago I saw this on my recommended so I thought why not just try it even though i thought it wouldn’t work. After doing these exercises for about 2 months I already saw abs, now another 6 months further and I became obsessed with calisthenics and I gained a very aesthetic physique and gained a lot more confidence, so thank you❤.

I’m pretty out of shape right now, I’m going to give this a try :)

Day one ✅I finished this but had a lot of stops throughout the video (could barely keep up with the in’s and out’s)
Day two ✅ I tried harder today and I’m definitely sweating more
Day 3 ✅ (I plan to do it twice today)
Day 4 ✅ I see my first visual results, but the cramps are killing me
Day 5 ✅ did my best to keep up
Day 6 ❌
Day 7 ❌
Day 8 ❌
Day 9 ?

I’m starting from the beginning again, what matters is that we keep going. Thanks for the motivation.

Day 3 ✅
Day 4 ✅
Day 5 ✅
Day 6 ✅
Day 7 ❌ (but at least I did a lot of!cardio that day)
Day 8 it’s 10:48 pm but I can still do the workout…✅I did it

Started with your workout routine. In 2 weeks I felt my 6-pack physicly growing. In 3 weeks I felt my 6-pack for the first time in 15 years. Great workout routine, it helped me a lot! Thanks for showing this!❤

i have my right ankle fractured but i'll do whatever excercise i'm able to do, cause it makes me feel better ! FITNESS IS LIFE

Damn, I thought I had decent abdominal strength (and have decent abs) but this routine freaking humbled me. The first two are amazing exercises that will definitely be part of my routine moving forward. Oddly enough the bicycles (elbows to knees) that Chris said are the hardest were the ones I performed the best (part of my routine).

I've done this workout 35 times now as my morning routine over the last 2 months and i definitely see and feel a lot of progress! I'm naturally very skinny (5'10, 9% bf at 138lbs) but always hated doing abs. this routine's length and keeping track of the exercise i do in my notes app has made me fall in love with doing abs. I can finally push myself very hard during every workout and not feel incredibly fatigued. thank you chris!
