I love the long holds, I feel alot of teachers on youtube don't hold it long enough to feel the deep stretch.

Hi Joelle - this has been a very helpful sequence for me. I discovered recently that my glutes have been the problem for most of my lower back pain. Doing this sequence daily for the past few days has been extremely helpful!

Thanks! Joelle I did this session after traveling cross country on 4 different flights, my luggage malfunctioned and I had to carry it 😮 also heaps of extra sitting time as 3 of the 4 flights were delayed! Then my hips locked up and I had to hunch forward in order to move my body forward. After a few hours of rest & sleep, I still wasn’t myself until I joined u on the mat! Then I was truly healed!!!! Your the best yogi for me😍

Great practice here! Just what the doctor ordered. I am missing being able to see a physical therapist and in person Yoga classes during the pandemic, this routine will fill in nicely and help with my tight hips and glutes. Thank You!!

Thank you for this! I was struggling with tingling in my right calf for over a month. After I did this yoga I was almost completely back to normal after 2 days. I’m so grateful as I tried all sorts of strength exercises and nothing was working.
