This video shares one of my best and favourite stretches for the glutes. This stretch covers a wide range of muscles in the posterior hip capsule, such as the piriformis, and into the lower back. It can be done anytime to help with tight hips, sore/tight lower back or to just generally chill out.

This stretch hit different, never comment on any videos but this was worthy of one! Pigeon pose, any other glute stretch was impossible till this one and it by far the most effective for myself. Thanks!

Wow!! That 2nd stretch hit it perfectly. Have had pain and tight hips for several months and i already feel better after 2 x 120 second stretch.

Women are GOATED. I can bench 405, but after doing some thigh and glute machines, I'm more sore than I've ever been. Glute exercises is mostly what women do in the gym.

Awesome stretches and advice. Staying in that second stretch for a bit over two minutes helped significantly. I can get into positions that were difficult or nigh impossible to get in just a few minutes ago a lot easier now.
