This was such a good yoga class it was difficult but i did what i could and after wards not only were my hips and legs loose but my bowels were as well. After the class i took the longest and most satisfying shit of my life thanks so much ive never felt so good in my life cant wait to see more of your vids

Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for. Love that you allow us to stay in each stretch awhile. Most people change positions right when I was starting to really relax into the stretch. You included all the stretches I like in one wonderful video. Thank you!

I often get pain in my hips which spreads down my whole leg and no amount of stretching or hot baths have ever been able to stop it from hurting but this beautiful 15 min practice has completely relaxed my hip and I could honestly cry. Thank you so much, I will be returning to this video often and checking out your others :)

This has become my go to morning routine. My legs and hips are so beat up from 25 years of work and neglect, i often have problems with pain throughout them. I’m really new to yoga, and the way you direct it/speed of it is perfect for me. Thank you <3

My favourite yoga teacher on YT. I suffer from hip pain and sciatica exacerbated by sitting at a desk all day (and now a home desk which is not ergonomic) and this stretch completely relieved my pain. Great thing to do every morning and evening outside of any other practice or exercise

Retired athlete with many hamstring injuries. I use this every morning. Love it. Perfect video. No fluff convo, straight to it. nice voice, nice pace. wish they made more lower body, hamstring videos

I recently started lifting weights again and my hamstrings hurt so bad I could barely walk or sleep comfortably. After 2 days of doing this I feel so much better. This will be a regular stretch after leg day. Thank you
