Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body! We will rock 11 exercises for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work 15 seconds rest. I used my 10,15, and 20 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium range and let's do this!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. I just can’t believe we get ALL OF THIS for free!! Sydney is the best trainer ever, I’m a student athlete, pretty fit, and she kicks my butt, I’m always sore but in a good way!! I feel the good burn!

Hey Sydney, I found you in November and I love you so much. This is the first time I am following a workout program of yours rather than choosing random videos you’ve made. I am 14 years old. I battle with ed’s, and not only do you help push myself physically but you help me mentally as well. Although today I badly wanted to restrict, I knew I needed energy for your workout and I know food is fuel and something to be enjoyed. I wanted to say thank you so much and how much you have played a role in my recovery and self love journey.
I hope to build strength to be the best I can be at volleyball. A new resolution I have made instead of losing weight or becoming thinner. Thank you !!❤️

I’m going to start this program today. Sydney seems to be a great motivator and I look forward to having her on my screen during this transformation. I have quite a few pounds in my midsection so the getting up and down is the toughest but imma do it. 😅😅

This is my mantra for the month! These words resonate with me when I think of the word Ignite and what I want to focus on this month. First workout was super spicy. I was out of breath from excitement from Minute 1 like Sydney 🥵 Push hard for 30 minutes but you do you boo! Carry that workout high throughout the rest of your day. December 1st and I'm coming back to this masterpiece! LOVE the dark scheme AND didn't know I missed the low impact square until now that I have a lesion on my knee. Killing it now until New Year's Eve! Wish me luck! 🤞🍀
