I’m 47 and my muscles are stiffening up. I am going to start doing this every day because I still have 53 years left on the planet and I want to be able to enjoy my older years.

I am 70 and have an inoperative tumor " IN" my SPINAL CORD. I came across these video's and want to say THANK YOU! I will be paralyzed from the wast down eventually. I fight every day to stay out of a wheelchair. I have done these exercises and they tell me exactly where the pain is, this way I can work through it. I send you MUCH BLESSINGS! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THESE VIDEOS BLESSINGS!

I exercise everyday. One hour max. I do everything head, neck, shoulder, arms, thigh n feet. Then light dumbbells 15-20 lbs n do my taichi.thats it!! M 78 now going to 79. Still kicking n alive 😂😂😂👍👍🤗🙏🙏🙏

Now over a month since I started this daily routine, almost every day. Can’t believe the sense of wellbeing and calm it seems to give me when I start my day. I’m 65, have some arthritis, and this helps my morning aches and stiffness. So glad I found you on yt! 🙏

I am 19. I spent my childhood overweight eating poorly and sitting at a desk. At 17 I started working physical jobs, at 18 I started long distance running. At 19 I had surgery from slight birth defect that made me stiffen up and lose muscle from not moving for weeks.
I will be doing this every morning because it seems great. Today is the day to start. Thank you.

I just turned 65 about 16 days ago and survived a DVT and PE. This exercise I started about a month ago and everything is looking good, looking good, looking Better than ever. Amazing.❤❤🎉

I just now finished my 1st session of these exercises. It's first thing in the morning, just out of bed. I feel amazing! So alive and fluid and energized. Very effective! I'm 70. What an amazing way to start the day! Thank for offering this.

I have an enormous amount of stress in my life. Mentally, physically and spiritually I have lost myself. I look to engage this as a daily routine in the morning and at night. I've just started but I will update as I go. Thanks for the time you put into making this video. 👍😁👍

54 years young and I’ve found that these exercises” are helping me so so very much. When you get older you want to decrease your chances of falling and injury. I firmly believe that these practices will help immensely. Thank you.

I watched today in this morning and I feel the change my body is less paining and stiffens but after doing this makes me feel like fresh fresh and energetic morning

I am 65 and have been following Shi Heng Yi for just a year now. I am about to sign up for the Way of Self Mastery course. They have some free courses that I highly recommend. By the way I do like their Qi Gong course. Come on guys lets get going.
