I’m doing this for a week
Day 1 : I weigh 63 kg . I am tired but I feel good. I’ll keep you updated ;)
Day 5 : I lost near a kg but I do feel much healthier. This is great thanks

I started doing weight-loss exercises during Ramadan, which means fasting from dawn to dusk.
Current weight: 51 kg.
Desired weight: 45 kg.
Height: 161 cm.
Age : 14 years old.

Note: I will do thighs, arms and stomach exercises in addition to a
healthy diet.

Day 1: It was a little difficult in addition to some muscle pain, but this is a good indication of the success of the exercises and there are some exercises that I could not do due to the difficulty
Day 2 :I suffered from muscle pain and therefore I could not do exercises well
Day 3 : ✅
Day 4 : ✅
Day 5 : ✅

(I will do the exercises for 1 month)

At first I started doing the lose 10 pounds belly lose workout and once the week was over I saw how much my body has changed so now I always do her workouts I’ve been so happy with how I look and I’m still not done these are some what fun to me even tho sometimes I wake up with pain I’m 15 and I was 122 now I’m 113 my goal is 108 and ik I can make it thanks so much Roberta <3

Im done...it is likely that i will get addicted in this exercise. Tha k you Roberta.😊😊😊 i can see/feel changes in my body....at first my legs are in pain but if you continue doing this everyday your body will get used into it.. job well done.. i hope many people will get inspire by losing weight with your awesome program. i hate sport but doing your videos really gives me motivation. I would like to lose 30kg until August.

I am 73 yrs and need to loose fat indicated in you exercise video. Can I do these exercises to burn fat or do you have a work out for seniors? If so please put it on video specifically indicating for seniors early morning workout.
