Dear Dr Ennis, I really look forward to the videos you present us you're so knowledgeable and so fit and so pleasant. I like that you have these videos that are short skirts that can be done and I've just used this one this morning and it's wonderful. I'm 60 years old and I find that the simple stretches really agree with me I'm trying to work back up to more but in the meantime these are helping my body.

It does do that what you say Kristie! It gives more energy than without doing these exercises, during the day. Thank you very much. Since almost 4 weeks I’m doing the morning and evening stretches and some other if I feel like to do these. I didn’t expect this, but I feel much better. Surprisingly do I sleep deeper and especially wake up with less pain in my back and neck. Get up with pleasure out of my bed, no matter what time it is; 4.30 or 6.30. Because I noticed the difference during the day whether I do or do not exercise in the morning. That's why I get up half an hour earlier on average so that I can still do the exercises before I get ready for work. Amazingly, it really works out for me! So thank you!!

Hi doctor Ennis, just discovered your videos. I have been suffering with back pain due to herniaded disc, with periformas or sciatica for years. Thank you for your explainations as to what causes the pain. These, together with the exercises will help me a lot. I will be starting tomorrow morning. Thank you.

Recently discovered you. Exactly what I need at 55. You made an interesting comment about not bending forward first this in the morning as this isn't good for the spine. I would be interested in how to warm up the spine safely and ensure my spine is mobile especially in that forward movement. Thank you.
