HEY ANNA, I’m probably one of your younger fans but I just wanted to say how insecure, sad, and unmotivated I felt last year but your workouts have changed my life. I have learned so many inspirational quotes from you. You’re the one who got me out of bed. I now joined the swim team and started running more because of your inspiration. I am sooo much better now than before because of you and I am now realizing how strong and confident I can be if I’m consistent. This is one of the hardest ones I did. I loved it. I started 5 months ago with your channel I'm a busy mom and sometimes I can't finish the workout but I don't give up I take pauses to BF my baby or bacause she starts crying, the key is CONSISTENCY and I really appreciate all the work you put in every single video. I feel proud of myself that I'm very close to my ideal weight I feel so energetic in my home, carrying and playing with my baby daughter and with my husband. I feel so confident and happy besides that I look so much better than before. This help me with my mental health as well. So happy that I found you. Anna can you do another 28 day HIIT challenge? It's been years since you have done one of those.
I have finished all your workouts from 1 hours to 45 min to 30 min to 20 min each and every one of them. We need more Challenges 😅

Well definitely I may need to make some pauses between exercises and modify some since I'm not that advance yet. But I like the challenge until I made it. Thank you Ana for your videos. I'm not the only one I know we all love your hardwork behind the scenes. Really thank you for sharing.

Thanks for the Monday workout Anna! I did all of this killer ab burn core workout and kept head elevated. I LOVED the burn! Thanks for a great workout! ❤❤❤ First core and abs workout I’ve attempted since the eye surgery a week and a half ago! 😊❤❤

This workout was 🔥🔥🔥!!!! I like to think I have strong abs but this workout gave me a run for my money. I definitely had to take some breaks but it was a good challenge. If I did this workout once a week my abs would be super toned!!!! I'm not sure if I could bring myself to do that though 😆🤣.
