Here is a solid 20-minute abs and core workout. Starting with 10 minutes of bodyweight exercises to then increase the intensity by adding a weight to the second half of the workout. If you are looking to build six pack abs, this routine is the one you've been looking for!

Excellent ab workout, Oli! I was doing those side holds and I thought “wow, this is a LONG 30s!” But then I found out you changed to 45s for those … Shame! 😳😂. But my abs thank you! 💕💕💕

I like 'no repeat' workouts. So when yours repeat, the second time around, I just pick my own exercises to do instead. I do like the 20+ min workouts though 👍
