This was hard! I took many breaks and modified, I even took a long break in the middle, had to go to the store, but I completed Day 2! I am proud of myself and of whoever is reading this!

AHHH I just wanted to share that I’ve just started my fitness journey again after being stuck in the hospital for half a year and today I realized that I’m finally strong enough to finish this whole workout!!
I’ve never seen the end text of “I’m so proud of you” and “you are so strong” but it really means a lot and moved my heart. Thank you so much Anna 💕

Day 2: gosh it was tough! i wasn't able to do it perfectly like you but i completed the video. My body hurts even more but its a good kindof pain. Not stopping! will start tomorrow with a few stretches for comfort.

Today was my first time working out after a very long break...it was quite difficult, my form wasn't perfect and I had to take a few breaks, but I am so so proud of myself for committing to it and completing the entire thing...anna you have inspired me to get out of my comfort zone and re-start my fitness journey even when I am back to square 1...so excited to feel motivated and healthy again!!

Thanks Ana! I really needed this as since my latest covid (February!!) I wasn't able to do any HIIT or Tabata exercises. ;( I didn't have energy at all. Now, time to back to routine with you and these exercises are perfect. Best start of the day! Thanks, Vica X
