I do it 3 days per week. And the other 4 days are my workout days. I consume "a little bit of(!)" carb after workout in one meal. I don't eat any high carb food but sprouted legumes in my non-workout days. I also increase vegetables and olives too in those days.

I’ve been trying to find Nut free keto food, do to a severe nut allergy in my family. Can’t have almonds, walnuts, cashew, peanut, pistachio, macadamia, Brazil nut, and hazelnut. Would love it if you could show bread, granola, balding alternative flour. Can have pumpkin seeds, Watermelon seeds, sunflower seed, chia seed, pine nuts, coconut, and flaxseed.

Skipping a meal entirely, or doing a 13-16hour fast is gonna be much much more beneficial than simply removing carbs for one meal. Protein spikes insulin too

Hey Thomas, In context of Gluten sensitivity, Can long fermentation like 72 hours break down most of the gluten into amino acids and then resolve the issue? I think since many use baking powder to quickly raise the dough or very short / no fermentation is the problem with Gluten. I appreciate if you can make a video about it.

Does this just pertain to carbs or also protein since it raises insulin as well? Would it be better just to do a fat only meal (such as keto coffee) instead or at least very minimal protein?

I work out in the morning and then have my first meal at 1:00 p.m. if I left out carbs at that meal would I still have muscle growth? Or better cut at the second or third meal?
