Have been doing this for 3 years straight. Lil fruit during the day (or full blown water fast), massive meal at night. Best shape of my life - physically and mentally.

I do OMAD Monday to Friday the weekend I eat normally, it's a game changer for me, it beats calorie counting by a mile

I started OMAD in Nov of 2022, now it’s 2024 and I am now 158lbs. I was 199.8 lbs; fat, fatigued, and sick. All I did was change how much I ate throughout the day, work out more, and incorporated an exponential amount of raw fruits + veggies. Especially juicing, which made me give up liquid IV and Gatorade.

It’s not a diet for me anymore, it’s a lifestyle. Started out with IF for 14/10, then went to 16/6, down to 18/6 and now I’ve been on OMAD for 3 years and I feel like I’m 20 years old again. Absolutely amazing

Thanks man. Your words were real encouraging. You couldn't believe how often I get criticized for eating just once a day. It's not always easy but it helped me lose over 70 pounds. Even though it can be difficult, it was worth the accomplishment.

Been doing this for close to 6 months now. Love it. I can eat like a fiend but still stay lean. It also helps me stay focused at work throughout the day.

OMAD is probably healthier for the intestines. They get a break.

I’ve been doing this for about a month and it’s absolutely a game changer. Letting your body work on burning your own side for energy for 23 hours a day is excellent.
Plus having all that extra time to dedicate tomorrow other tasks awesome.

That's what I did. Started by cutting out breakfast. Then lunch.

I make exceptions for social stuff but my regular routine is one early dinner with lots of protein and veg.

For most people -- particularly for most middle-aged people -- low/moderate carb OMAD is among the least complicated, fail-safe protocols.

And based on my experience that meal should be during lunch time. Because it allows you to have the energy to be functional during the whole day.

I went from nearly 200 pounds to 150 In 3 months intermittent fasting(one meal a day) running lifting and ab workouts, then I stopped, just now getting back into swing, I can personally say that was the best thing to do, I now remember beauty in feeling hungry, and the reward of a good exercise, I’m 21 been fat my whole life up until the past 2 years, If I can do it anyone can that’s a promise❤
