Full Body Strength Workout With Dumbbells

Today we are slowing things down and increasing our weights in this Full Body Strength Workout with Dumbbells. Added resistance and slow, controlled movements will allow us to focus on building strength and lean muscle - all from home with just a few dumbbells! We will perform 3 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next to make sure we really fatigue each muscle group and feel the burn!! Start with a heavy weight and drop down in weight if you start to notice your form suffering.

Workout Breakdown: Warm Up
Lower body circuit, upper body circuit, core circuit. 40s work + 20s rest
* (aim for approx. 12-15 reps per round)
Cool Down + Stretch

Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface. (I'm using a set of 10lbs, 15lbs and 25lbs in this workout)

Well today is a new day, I have to get back to living, heart is still broken, my angel keeps pushing me to go on without him. So thank you for the workouts. They keep me challenged and focused on moving forward. I can't do anything about death, it's part of life, so I'll keep focusing on living the best life with my angel watching .

I absolutely love this whole body strength workout, gonna do it three times a week.The best part is she gives us both warm ups and stretches to cool down.Absolutely loved it❤️

First timer here 😊 So happy that I found your channel. I’m 63 1/2 and have been doing home workouts for years. I even have some favorites that are VHS 😂 and DVD. When I need to change it up, I turn to YouTube. Lots of Yoga for mobility, but I realize after a back issue for about a year, that I lost strength and hit the weights again. I’m feeling better and loved this workout

This is my weight training routine now 😍😍 I have done several trainings from several different channels, giirrll this is it! It is super easy to follow, the beeps, and everything. There is no talking during the workout :) aaaannndd I adore the playlist 😍😍😍

I just completed this workout. It was amazing. Challenging but indeed a full body workout that has my body feeling great. Also, I was not bored during the workout which is a plus for me. I’m drenched but content as I’m typing. You’ve just got a new subscriber 👍🏽

I can’t believe I have even danced my way through the workout that I’ve included as part of my “miracle morning” routine. I read many comments of people who is struggling at deep levels and to all those, I want to show my respect and appreciation for being present for themselves and doing their best. Love the straight strength workouts. I do my cardio separately, so I appreciate it when a strength workout doesn't include cardio!

Great full body workout. I really appreciate the three rounds of each movement. It allowed me to really push myself and go up in weight when possible and drop down if needed. I’m feeling it!!!
