this workout is really good, I want from a round belly yo a pretty flat one in 2 weeks, I really recommend this.
(note I am also pretty active which helped and i was working out 2 times a day morning and night)

I think you can see the results if you you eat less than 1000 calories and practice a sport 2 times a week and make this exercises every day twice .IN 3weeks you will notice changes
