Whats your thoughts on the Cossack Squat?

I’ve been doing these exercises for a few months now, and I occasionally get pain in my knee that’s felt below my patella. I have patellofemoral syndrome. Should I stop doing the deep squats/split squats?

Our Gym doesn't have a tib bar. It's there anything else you can or do instead?

Last week I couldn’t even reach my toes, and just by starting to do mobility exercises I can go past them. Crazy how fast our bodies learn ❤

Would the back extension be good for someone with a somewhat inward curved lower back? My hope is maybe by making my lower back pretty strong it will even out a bit so I don’t feel like ass after standing for 2-3 hours
