Das sind einfache Übungen! Die kann man sogar in der Pause im Büro machen. Jeder muß nur seinen inneren Schweinehund überwinden.

It works! I have been doing these exact exercises at a class i take. While I did improve my diet, these (and other) exercises were tightening and toning my body underneath my roll of belly fat! Definitely not old lady exercises!

Hi how are you? I continue your YT exercises. My 74th summer body has really change, especially my lower belly & waist. I wear leggings. I'm about 5ft 8inches with wide hips, thighs, which has somewhat shrunk. I make sure I do at least 15mins. Thanks so much ❤

As I have severe orthostatic hypotension and faint several times a week when standing, this is inspiring that I could at least exercise without the fear of fainting as I've been hospitalized too much recently with broken bones and concussions plus this will help increase my bp. Thank you.

Why do people has to be so mean with their comments. If you do not believe in her and won’t want to try her exercise you only have to stop watching or block her. Why should you care if it works or not. I believe that if someone does this everyday it will somehow help in some ways. Better than being a couch potato and not do anything and let all the joints got stiff. Please don’t be so negative.
