Building muscle in that area while being in a caloric deficit is what is needed, you can't target fat but you can target muscle groups.

🧢 do ab workouts (not to spot reduce belly but to build or grow muscles there ) to overall burn more calories over time, build muscle overall so Lift weights and walk 4 miles a week, walking 4 miles 4 times a week will help u lose 1 pd atleast but also eat healthy but make sure you feel full cut out sugars, sleep 8 hrs and drink at least 4-5 water bottles this depends on the person but if you still feel thirsty drink more, walking is a good way to start if you can't seem to run yet, and also don't cut out all carbs but make sure u eat more protien since protien makes u feel fuller for a longer period of time, another tip is to switch sodas for carbonated water with zero sugars if you're having trouble leaving soda or juice then carbonated water with 10 calories or less is definitely a go to. Last tip is to Count your calories and make sure you're in a calorie deficit, the end.

I hear this all the times! Caloric deficit. I think people just like to say that. Some that many times. I’m 6”2 got done to 164 lbs not on purpose but tried to loose the fat down low around the belly button area lost muscle BUT still had some lower belly fat!!!’ Skinny everywhere else.

no, you need to either do more work, such as cardio to burn the extra calories off OR your go in a calorie deficit which is easier and more efficient but doesn’t come with those great health benefits of cardio. if you have any heart conditions or problems then your should add cardio and maintain your calories as you will stay overall healthier that way, but i’ll stick to a calorie deficit till i’m older lmao

Or, do intermittent fasting. You'll lose weight easily and you' won't starve--calories won't matter as long as you don't go crazy.

If u do abs then it will activate your blood cell and it will help to reduce fat but it is not very fast but it helps

Eat Less calories and more protein, train abs consistently, drink alot of water and sleep for 7 to 8 hours.

Do not go on calorie deficit at a young age because your still growing and you need to eat as much as you can at a young age and then once you turn atleast 18 I’d say go on a deficit but definitely not when you are young as 17 and below
