Your channel showed up in my feed...and I am SO glad it did! Wow. Why haven't I seen you guys before now?? I have been heavily into fitness for the past two years. Lost 65 lbs and switching focus to toning up...especially my abs. This was perfect! Then to visit your channel and see the absolute arsenal of workouts...and 10 mins each?! Perfect as add-ons for my regular program! I have been looking for something like this! This one was great. Loved the pace and slight bit of cardio with the steady moving and plank jacks.
