Time to HIIT those abs ;) Today's 10 minute HIIT ab workout includes some of my favorite exercises that you can do with no equipment. 10 moves, 2 rounds of each. Let's do it!!

Did one of Heather's low impact HIIT workouts followed by this. Wow, I really feel it!! Best workout I've had in ages.

First of all Thank you YOU TUBE for recommending this . Secondly i wish I had known about you sooner. I workout from home, on my 6 th week, been following some great influencers but you are class apart. You maintain such a balanced pace , eliciting maximum muscle work and that too without pressurising for speed . The next up signal makes it so easy to follow the workout without missing the first few seconds thus maintaining the target heart rate. Your videos are a case study on how a workout video should be made . More power to u Heather, keep up the good work..!

Thank you so much. I work out every day and really appreciated having this short workout. Having trouble getting up this week. Weather is good for a walk today so try to squeeze that in at lunch.

I've been doing the short workouts for the past 8 weeks ... time constraints ... and I have to tell you I LOVE all the HR workouts ... short and long ... singles and series ... Thank you so much for all the work you and the HR team have put in to make HR the best program available...

I’ve been doing this one a few times a week before I lift. I was horrible at it at first. I’m still not perfect but today I noticed it was much easier! I’m so happy! I made some progress 😊
