You have such a beautiful style: simple, no distracting music (and if I want I can put my own but not stand one from someone else), clear, soft and relaxing, and very clean and simple. I also love the pace and the structure of the combinations. It feels very balancing.

Hey Jessica,
I just realized this is my absolute favorite yoga flow for the morning. I've watched lots of them, but you not only bring the nicest stretches and combine them really well, you also move at a pace that both keeps the attention active and is still easily manageable. Thanks so much for the video :)

my teacher used this for school today and its one of the only times i did yoga. its really easy! i like how i feel relaxed and there isn't any music.

I found JR’s session has the right level and tempo for me. I like the way she guided me through all the needed stretches within 15 minutes - hamstring stretches are the most challenging poses yet I gradually getting better by persistent practices. Thanks 🙏
