Eleni, I had to leave a comment. I have been doing pilates for 5 years now and this was one, if not the best sequence I have ever done. It was definitely a challenge, but you did such an impeccable job at keeping the postures grounded in pilates foundation, and ensuring that there was a balance of exercises throughout the class to keep the parasympathetic system stimulated enough for enjoyment and persistence. I feel worked out yet calm and happy, and not feeling a sense of dread or "fight or flight" response. Thanks a million, this is what I needed today <3

I LOVE these workouts. No matter which one I choose, it works everything. After a month of working out daily with Eleni, I've realized I can pick any of the Pilates workouts that isn't specifically a target area, and it will work everything - which is my preferred workout method. This one particularly challenged my balance. And the move at the end (which is in several workouts), well, if I was filmed, it would probably have been worth some cash on funniest home videos. Thank you!!

i just changed my workouts from weight lifting to softer-pilates like ones since they make my body feel better and little by little as more pilates workouts i do i start to have more balance and my not at all flexible body is also slowly becoming more flexible enjoying the progress and the change is making me feel better and happier❤

I never liked Pilates before. But now I love it after trying your workout 2 weeks ago (was not so mobile the last few years due to surgeries and lifestyle). Now I have attempted to do at least 30 times of your various exercises and feel more flexible and robust than I just started. And a bit step for me to finish this 40 mins workout. Thank you🙏

I took pilates classes two years ago, but after that I had several covids and quit training because of health issues and laziness, let's be honest. Today I tried your workout after a long break and it was hell💀 But I loved it💪

Amazing (very sweaty) work out! Here are my thoughts:
- Active cal {170}, Total cal {213} (I am 124 lbs, 5'3", and 21 y/o)
- Loved the warm up
- definitely some challenging moves that take balance and coordination. Had I not been a dancer all my life I feel I would have struggled a lot with this one! (but we love a challenge haha!)
- the end of the work out was nice because it mixed some stretches with strength
- that last push of bicycles KILLS but was great!!!
Overall, loved it! Great way to start any day! ♥

I have tried many kind of workouts but there is nothing as your routines. I absolutely love it. I feel my body workout hard but still I'm very released and serene. Thank you

After longtime I find difficult exercise specially balancing my body. I am not happy today from my workout but I will try and now I know I have to work on my body specially balancing part. Thank you so much for inspiration.
