Dear Desirée after a few days of rest I restarted the challenge where I paused it. Just what I needed. However, the last set was really hard and needed much willpower to be completed. Practice makes perfect, just as you said. Thank you for this workout. ❤

Can't wait to try this. I haven't been able to do your lovely workouts since August as I have had terrible arthritic flare up in my elbows and wrists since summer. I can't wait for my joints to heal so I can do some load bearing work again. In the meantime I just do cardio on my mini rebounder. But I miss your workouts.
