I woke up early to do this workout before work. I’m glad I did. The lengthening and core work felt amazing! I didn’t get a chance to finish this workout because I was running late for work but I’ll be doing this again. ❤❤

Wow I consider myself a cardio hawk and athletic but not after this workout. I realized today how important flexibility is. I had a hard time with some of those rotating hip movements which shows me I need to work on that. Thank you and I want to incorporate this workout video into my weekly routine! This is gold.
