Hi Kirstie, I’m a 75 yr old man and I’m stiff as a board. Just found you on YouTube a few days ago as the title of this video describes me to a T. Just finished my 3rd day in a row doing your moves. I just wanted to say thank you for posting this very basic starter session. It suits me perfectly. I plan on doing this daily for a month and see what happens. Thanks for being here when I needed something to jumpstart me back to moving better. You are just what I needed, when I needed it. Much appreciate your presence. Ed B.

Thank you so much. Just turned 72, have multiple health issues (or so they tell me - I'm saying no. LOL) Starting with this Yoga session I am going to prove them wrong and me right. Not sure how this showed up on my computer - but it was meant to be. Thank you so much.

I'm 77 years old and have been sedentary most of my life except for walking in good weather. I'm very happy for finding this chair Yoga. The flowing movements make me feel so good! And I don't need to leave my house. I've never cared for fitness centers or crowded classes. This way is much more personal.

I am now an 80 year old woman. I have saved your video to my browser. I need to improve my muscles in my lower back because my lower back keeps going out. I am under chiropractor care and it still keeps going out. So I am going to make a New Year's resolution to exercise with you every day Lord willing. Bless you! Merry Christmas and a Happy 2025. May the peace of the Lord fall on you like snow falling on trees!

Hi Kirstie, I am a 74 year old female from Canada and I follow your chair yoga for seniors on a regular basis. However, I am currently visiting my 85 and 89 year old sisters who live together in the USA. I did the 20 minute routine this morning and subscribed them to your channel in the hope that they will be motivated to join me in exercising with you. Thanks for helping us seniors stay active right in the comfort of our own homes. I have worked up a sweat and feel great! #gratitude

I love this chair yoga. It touches every part of my muscle I want to exercise, even my fingers. At 73, I really appreciate not having to go on my knees and still be able to stretch all my muscles.❤

Hi Kirstie
I am a 58 year old woman who recently had a quadruple bypass. I inadvertently came across your video. I'm not ready for
floor yoga yet but I've done your video two days in a row. I can feel my body responding to your workouts. I feel a lot better than I have in awhile. I'm grateful I found you. Thank you

I'm a hot mess. lol I've tried several chair yoga videos and no one really has moves for seniors and/or beginners although they tell you they do. I have very restricted movement. I have 2 rods in my spine, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia and I'm 68 years old. I sit in a chair most of the day because I can't walk very far. I just found your video today and I was able to do the exercises. I was just about to give up. You give me hope that it is possible to move better. So THANK YOU SO MUCH. You saved my life.
