to be honest, i chose this workout thinking it will be a chill one but i forget how much arm workouts actually burn. also, i am loving the warm up and cool downs to add to the workout, thank you lidia <3

Lidia I have been doing these workouts since July 2023 and now it’s been 7 month of doing your workouts almost everyday I see so much difference in my body now my waist has never been this small. I’ve been doing this workout for about a year now and let me tell you my experience.
This workout at first will seem soooo hard and impossible like it did for me but guysss don’t give up. Just do it for about a week and then It becomes easier. Whenever I eat too much and gain(Christmas😭) my arms are never the targeted fat after I started doing this consistently. Pls trust me omg I love this video so much that I even memorized all the exercises and timings that I don’t need to watch this vid to do the workout anymore lol

hey I just realised that there are only around 4 proper arm workouts. It will be great if you do more of these and also only lower belly fat pilate workouts please. Im so in love with your workouts lidia❤
