I always love that you have so many short videos so that I can mix and match a few of them. This way I have the perfect workout for my mood and tolerance level each day. I find it much better than committing to one long video. I always start with one small video convinced that that is all I can commit to, but once im done and my blood is pumping I end up doing 1 or 2 more :) Anyways, its good to be back with you Nicole for another summer!

I am a college student and have been working out to your videos for about two months now. After society was shut down due to the pandemic, my body started to build up tension from sitting in a char for hours. I tried walking for an hour a day, that didn't help. I tried walking and doing HIIT to see if that would relieve the tension, and it did but not dramatically and then one of your pilates videos were suggested on YouTube so I tried it out. After about 3 days of work outs my back pain finally went away. Thank you for being my body's saving grace. Love you and love your videos.

After having Covid 2 months ago, my lungs are still struggling to do the normal cardio activities I'm used to (even climbing stairs!). Nicole's workouts have been such a saving grace for me as I'm re-training my lungs to accommodate movement again. I love the shorter classes and that I can focus on strength and flexibility without feeling too winded! Much appreciated 💓

I've done some of Nicole's short workouts and I have enjoy them all, I like her style, her pace and the choice of exercise movements. I'd like to build up to a longer session (50 minutes). Thank you Nicole, keep up the nice work.

i have never had ANY arm strength at all, i never worked out, especially the last few years due to an arm injury. i'm really loving this workout even tho it's SO hard for me. after a week or two i noticed small things are easier to do like closing my umbrella!!! it may be a small thing but it's a huge win for me :) definitely will keep doing this & other classes of yours!!!

Perfect for the arms… and now I will do a 30 minute one. I feel so much better when I practise Pilates with you, Nicole. It changes my mood in to the present moment, and has strengthened my body in a good way. Thank you 🌻🎶

Normally, I avoid beginner workouts, but I love Nicole's classes, so I added light ankle and wrist weights and it was very challenging! I'm now adding all of them to my que!!
