I felt muscles that I have never felt before, even when i am doing strength training. I have started doing pilates videos a week ago and I love pilates now. It is alot more calming on my joints and I do not feel pressured to try and lift heavy because even with the lighter weight, I still felt everything! Loved this arm workout

I've been trying out a few different pilates arm workouts and I've got to say so far this is my favourite. I'm trying to strengthen my whole body, but especially my arms and back. A year ago I had sudden onset back pain and issues. Since then I've been struggling to workout responsibly while healing my messed up (mostly due to weakness in the muscles + posture from working full time at a desk) I've officially been doing my physical therapy for a full month as I'm supposed to and excite to be adding in workouts like this to my routine. Wish me luck in (hopefully) not further hurting my back, but instead improving and healing it. Cheers! :)

I love it, very nicely paced. And very well taught. Had vocal cord surgery, broke my foot and recovering from knee surgery still from 2 years ago. This is a great upper body workout, thank you thank you thank you keep going keep posting. Much appreciated
