A 10 minute PILATES ARM WORKOUT on the beach that will tone and tighten your arm muscles. You'll work your shoulders, triceps and biceps too with high reps and light weights! We'll be standing for the whole workout, so for those of you who hate pushups, you're in luck! All you need is a set of light dumbbells and a mat. If you don't have dumbbells at home, you can either go without or use two full water bottles. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

EQUIPMENT:
- Set of Light Dumbbells (3lbs recommended)
- Mat (optional)

My Goodness what terrific workouts.. I love the way there are no repeats it’s a total flow of energy for the body I like to mix a few workouts together, legs, arms, abs .. Mik is so knowledgeable and always emphasise the importance of keeping good form throughout, core, shoulders
down. long neck, slow and controlled, I look forward to working out ❤

I just did this video and my arms a little shaky which is what I want. I really like the speed of the videos and the exercises. Ive done a lot of diff exercises in my lifetime-classes, solo at gym etc. I LOVE fitbymik. I just subscribed and can't wait to try all her videos. SUBSCRIBE!!!
