Thank you so much Nicole. You’ve helped me shape and lean out my body so much. I’ve combined your videos with intermittent fasting and my body went from athletic/inverted triangle (broad shoulders) - to athletic and hourglass shaped. I feel so feminine and lean in my clothes. Thank you so much.

I have scoliosis and love this class! More classes specific to strengthening the spine, shoulders and upper body would be amazing :)

I just discovered you channel and I love how practical and professional your videos are! I tried other workout videos on YouTube but have not found any with clear instructions on how to breathe and what muscles to engage. A lot of them are also really repetitive and do not feel like it’s a real professional doing the exercises. Thanks for sharing, especially during these weird corona times! Can’t wait for the next video! :)

I’m never liked exercising but I force myself sometimes because I know it’s good for my health. I decided to give pilates a go and I started with one of your videos, I must say, it’s the first time in my life I’ve enjoyed working out, I can’t believe I can even finish a 40min video. your instructions are always so clear and have helped me improve my form SO MUCH! even with something as simple as a glute bridge, your instructions make it so clear what muscles need to be engaged and which ones don't. now i can work out without having back or neck pain! <3
