Hi Bob and Brad! Thank you so much for your videos! I had hip surgery at 3 yrs old in 1976 because of a birth defect... and it's been a long road, thanks to arthritis. I don't take any kind of medication for the chronic pain. Just water and staying mobile when the pain subsides. Now that I'm growing older, I'm so glad I found your channel because your demonstrations show that I can stay flexible and mobile as I age. Thanks again so much! Ya'll are doing great work to help so many people!💚

Three easy exercises to do in my bed before my feet hit the floor! Thank you Gents!! I only wish my rheumatologist Doctor would give his patients easy exercises like this to strengthen my hips! I have been so focused on losing weight and my belly and to sit up straighter to avoid my back pain and to get rid of my hip/knee pain.

I had polio when I was 2 1/2, so my right leg has all of the muscles 💪, but my left leg only has one good muscle. These will help my legs! Thank 😊 you for teaching this! Love ❤️ your shirts!

I've been doing the other hip stretches every morning. It only takes 5 min for the 5 kinds of steetches. They make a difference. I'll be adding these to my routine. Thank you! ❤️

Thank you guys, this will help me as I had a total hip replacement not quite 2yrs ago and I continue to have issues as I have "Marfans syndrome" which complicaties everything.

I never thought I would be able to do these. I saw them last year when i was 68 and 297 lbs. And I couldn't even do one bridge. In April this yer 2023 I cut out fast carbs and sugar and increased my protein, lost 34 lbs so far as of Aug 2023. Today AT 69 I AM ABLE TO DO ALL 3 EXERCISES 🎉 I even did 2 sets of the bridges. When I get to the point of doing 3 sets of each I am never stopping!❤ thank you Bob and Brad❤

Hey I have a question what do you do for first aid for a an ACL tear? I’m in sports medicine and I don’t know if I should keep the knees bent or straight or if I should put a specific Wrap on. I’m just a student in high school sports Ned and usually it’s just me and another student and our trainer needs to come all the way across the school to get to us if someone big happens I just want to learn what the very first thing I should dk

Why did my hips become tight? I have always been fit and flexible, hurt my back in 2010, when I bent over in the garden, but was fixed, also had sciatica. I can only walk now with an aide 😭 I have no hip pain, but get pain in my thighs and knees, when I walk, due to stiffness. I have a tens machine, which helps with pain, but your exercises are good, for ones who can get on the floor 😭 The next person to say to me, move it or lose it, I'll hit them, because I always moved, and still lost it 😭
