Thanks so much, love your channel. About 2 months ago I was watching a yoga instructor doing some stretching for people with OA and the one thing she said that was a lightbulb moment was that our muscles have memory and to HOLD the stretch for at least 5 normal breaths if that was all that could be managed but to extend to 5 mins or longer if possible and THEN there will be a noticeable improvement. I have done that ever since and she and you are absolutely correct. It makes such a difference! The butterfly stretch and lots of glute squeezes have made a definite improvement in my hip (OA) especially if I do the glutes first, then the butterfly stretch is comfortable. Hope that might help someone with same problem.

As someone who's had to basically restart my fitness journey I'm so thankful for this channel. The trainer's emphasis on proper form and doing whatever variation is most comfortable (at least when starting out) is fantastic, keep up the great work.

Thanks so much awesome video, I have L5-S1, bulging disk, heriniated disk, I will get extreme pain at groin side. When sitting below the left groin it pains and legs first three fingers going numb. Same for right fingers. Especially the second leg finger I express numbness and heavy pain while walking. Can you suggest any video. Thanks.
