I used to do this in physical therapy. It is a game changer! I may have to start with one leg at a time for my situation; but I do intend to get back to being able to do that again! Thank you 🙏 God bless.

This is EXACTLY what I have! I have even found when rotating my hips, the tightness makes snapping sounds.

Wild! I just noticed yesterday that I felt no pain in my knees while standing up from squatting. Just after wondered why my right inner thigh was sore like a pulled muscle. Then just for a second wondered if they were related. Thank you soooo much!!!! Happy to have hurt myself to unhurt myself

omg thank god for this video! The first time this happened I had excruciating pain in my inner thighs (they locked out completely) that I was forced to call 911 the Ambulance and they gave me muscle relaxants. But this time I avoided that by doing what this guy did!

I am loving these motivational daily quotes as well as these excercise shorts you have been doing lately. I don't like to exercise... but my body needs it. I just picked up a gallon water bottle yesterday & did the exercises you recommended yesterday... voila... done! And educating in bite sizes... very effective. Thank you🙏

I had heavy period and did weight lifting and string sprints! Pulled my inner leg 2 weeks ago. Now I’m in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 on a journey and it’s slightly dislocated inner leg.
