You owe me a dollar! I didn't make massive gains with this stretch; I made extra-massive gains with this stretch! Best regards.

I did this and made massive financial gains. People just started throwing money at my feet.

Everyone on Youtube who gives these tips and how to get massive gains always miss the most important part. To use your breathing correctly. Breath out when going down, breath in when going up. Each time you breath out and get into position will help you to get a little deeper and further into the position. And use your nose, not mouth. Studies show that it's a big difference from breathing with your nose and not your mouth. Cheers.

YouTube really needs to let us save these shorts in playlists!

I was hesitant to do this because I've got difficulty doing squats due to bad knees. But I tried it... once, twice, thrice... and yes, I'm able to do it without difficulty. I'm going to do this regularly to help strengthen my quads, glutes and hamstrings and possibly free myself from limited range of motion. Thank you.

Many years ago you made a quick video of stretching before getting in the car for a long ride. I followed along that video about a hundred times. The flexibility gains since then have been beyond massive. Thank you, guys.

This is actually based on PNF. When you squat you flex the hamstrings, then when hips go up you stretch. Add also breathing, inhale on squat, exhale on fwd fall. Stay well!

The stretch ( from all of my yrs prior of Asana practice and teacher trainings) looks like would be a good tool. The only thing that was coming to me is when placing the hands on back of leg to have caution not to be behind the knee region .. ANYWHERE ABOVE OR BELOW, yet undue pressure ON, AROUND, or behind can cause major injuries in knee .) Good sharing on your part.

"Making the body feel more safe and comfortable...', that's the Key Concept! Especially if you're working around old injuries, injuries which generate the fear of being hurt again.

I love this phrasing about making the body feel safe. As someone with a LOT of trauma, that's ....the problem with my body, haha. I need a whole series of safety-oriented stretches. ALL OF THEM

Your channel really gave me a focus during the covid lock down. I suffered a knee injury in 2021 and my recovery was so much easier after surgery because of the flexibility I gained. How about some neck/ trap exercises? That would be amazing

71 years old but whenever I sat for any duration of time and tried to get up it was like I was 91 years old! I halfheartedly did your exercise and I was shocked at the immediate results! UNBELIEVABLE!

I love that, making the body feel safe and more comfortable… I literally started telling my body “you are safe” when doing new stretches, and praising my body when it engaged in the new movements. I realized that I traumatized my body with vigorous workouts. Now I connect with my body and assure that it’s safe ❤

This has helped me at 74 to become somewhat more limber.

Why is this the first time I see that move? IT WORKED!

For months I tried various exercises but nothing worked. I felt stretching in my legs, but barely any tension in my back.

In 10min with this exercise I went from 5cm away from touching my feet to reaching my toes!

Thanks.
