I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you start judging if I’m eating clean. I started with diet from NextLevel Diet two months ago, and it's working great but I just need to boost it up a little more with this.

I am so happy I found you. Thank you for what you do to help people. I am 70 yrs old and had 4 hip surgeries. What that caused was that low belly pouch. I never had a problem with my belly before my surgeries. You gave me hope.

Thank you, Natasha. You have given me a start to (hopefully) regain some of my health back. I love how you have set the video out so that I can work up to the next exercise. I won't be able to do it each day initially, I have CFS/ME which became more severe due to the lockdown and home-schooling. Big changes start from the smallest of steps 😀 Bless you
