I love these videos, they inspire me to work out, i am 12 and 5, 3, i weight 140+ lbs and im tryna get to 115, Whenever i work out not much difference happens but from the 18th of june 2024 i want to get rid of my belly fat and man b**bs, I will try this for 5 days so the 24th of june and be on a vegan diet, i will keep you updated

I’m going to try this for a week or 2 and see how far I’ve come I’m 13 and 218lbs (I got overweight from bullying I gave up on myself) but now I’m here to fix that!! !!! Day 1: could definitely feel the burn but I pushed through !!! I’ll come back tomorrow for day 2

I’m 5 days in. Doing a 30 day challenge. Roberta’s Gym has already helped me lose 50lbs. but i took some time off and started eating bad again now i’m back at it again to stay in shape. I’m doing this one plus and additional one for 21 mins. I’m aiming for 30 mins a day. LETS GO 🎉❤❤

I started this workout, today is 3nd mornings. My waist start 65cm today is 64 cm. 💪... Lets try and see what will happen after 20 days more .... thanks for this video Admin.

Starting today and for the next week ill document progress. Info: im a 210lbs 17 year old who is 18 soon. Ive dropped down from 238 from other workouts but need something new.
Day one: ✅ completed. Has some pain in the back and tummy but did good and broke a sweat
Day two: ❌ tummy hurts but I was swimming and working today

My tummy looks very odd 😭..

Day 1: No progress
Day 2: No change in weight but my body feel lighter
Day 3: skipped
Day 4: I am starting to see the change! lost 0.2 pounds
Day 5: skipped. Was outside from the morning. 🤦‍♀️
Day 6: I feel less exhausted now. I have also started to drink 2 cups of warm water with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and honey before going to bed and after getting up.
Day 7: I have started to do it twice a day. Let's hope for the best.
Day 8: No change. Probably it works slow for me.
Day 9: Skipped
Day 10: No change
Day 11: lost 0.1 pound. Let's not loose hope.
Day 12: I see a little bit change. I started to worry as I didn't see much changes for the first few days. But now I guess I will continue this.
Day 13: I am starting to see the change! I am 108 pounds now! ❤️ I am not able to do it twice a day as I have a lot lot studies! but surely 9 min is going to be enough for me Alhamdulillah.
Day 14: skipped! Had an exam!
Day 15: at first the change were so slow! idk why now change is happening fast. I am 107.5 pounds now! ❤️
Day 16: it is less tiring now! 😌
Day 17: skipped and ate oily foods outside 😓
Day 18: I was so tired for going out last day. Still did the exercise anyway!
Day 19: skipped
Day 20: So much tired.. probably because I went outside last day!
Day 21-29: Went on a long trip! 🙃
Day 30: Exhausted!
Day 31: feels lighter
Day 32: 😓😓😓 did it anyway
