Hey Kel, I commented 8 months ago how much I like this workout. I was working out a lot, including this one, to prepare for pretty substantial breast reconstruction surgery post-cancer. In a nutshell I had a tummy tuck from which was taken the material needed to transplant into what was left of my breast. Four days in hospital, 8 week's recovery and I started exercising gently again in December. Today I did this workout for the first time in 7 months and I did it!!! Had to make some modifications around the abdominal stuff but I feel great! Thank you so much!

This 45 minute barre workout is perfect! As a mother I only have 30-45 minutes available to workout & want to make the most of those minutes. (Let’s be honest, I don’t really want to workout more than 45 minutes either.) Warm up, arms, butt, abs, legs & cool down accomplished in 45 minutes. Bravo! 👏🏼💕🙏🏻🙌🏼

i cant believe how strong you are! ive been exercising regularly for almost over a year now and ive been constantly finding new types of exercises to challenge myself and oh my god i had to take so many breaks doing this. im so excited to see how much stronger i get as i keep doing this workout! thanks so much for your hard work!! <3

I've been doing your workouts for the past few months and love them all! Especially the 30+ minutes videos when I'm on fire at the end! I swear they are harder than anyone could guess for lean, low impact cardio and balance, posture, poise.

Great workout! Although I've been an exerciser for decades (I'm 66) this one really challenged me but I got through it first time! What I like about your approach is it forces me to work my body in different ways other than just cardio/weight work. I'll be checking out your other workouts for sure!

I used resistance band throughout the workout. They made a huge difference. Thank you so much for putting this together. Looks graceful but in practice, it is entirely challenging.

I am 49 years old & am finally in great shape 😁 Workouts like this are perfect for me. I choose to do no impact workouts & choose not to use weights right now bc i tend to hurt myself 😉
