I am 73 years old and have been taking Raised Barre for around 3 years or more. Since the Y is closed, I am doing my own workouts at home. I alternate weights, bands, kettlebells, etc, EZ Shaper pro and barre. I love this class! I can do everything in it and feel as thought I got a full body workout when I am done. I have been working out for over 25 years and this class is awesome! Thank you for helping me stay fit when I am stuck at home!

I love Summer Girls Barre workouts, having the flexibility to workout at home is great due to my busy schedule. My body has completely transformed and is definitely toned, strong and leaner. Thanks so much for these classes Summer Girl.

I've been doing your workout 3 times a week for about a month. My first stab at doing BARRE. Really liking it--seeing and feeling improvements! I am a 68 yo woman who has always been active, but backslid a bit during the past few years. This has been a kick in the tush. Thank You!

Ahh, the burn feels so good. I have 3 herniated disks in my back, so I have to be careful with lower body movements. This workout was amazing! I could feel the long, lean muscles building and toning. Can't wait to do more. Thank you!

This is my favorite barre workout that I have come across on youtube! It is well timed, and I love the amount of leg lifting and outer thigh/butt work. Well done and THANK YOU! I will be back and watching all your other barre videos as well!

Wow! This was an awesome workout! I'm exercising again after almost 18 months. I'm in my early 50s and completely out of shape, but slowly working myself back into a regular fitness routine. I was a former dancer, so Barre method works great for me! I also do yoga and HIIT. You are fabulous!! Just what I needed today!
