Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, low impact (no jumping!), total body sculpting barre-inspired workout that you can do in a small space, with just one (or two) sets of lighter dumbbells. This floor work free, non-stop sculpting session provides a total body strength session in just 20 minutes!

Equipment Needed: One or two sets of dumbbells (2-8 lbs, depending on level)

Intensity: Moderate 

Floor Work: No

I just LOVE your workouts, Jessica. This one is also perfect for me since I am still recovering from a shoulder injury and surgery and cannot do a lot of exercises on the floor. but this session includes many different body parts simultaniously yet in a gentle way and still got me to sweat. This is a great full-body 20 minute workout with weights (I add ankle). Do this regularly and never get tired of it!

I had to give up on a long workout on another channel that was straining my joints, so I tried this w/ just 2# weights. Exactly right for shoulders and elbows, though I might use 3# for curls next time. Thanks for a workout I could keep up with and feel successful doing!
