Welcome to your 25 minute BARRE AND PILATES inspired mat workout for a full body routine. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a light set of dumbbells which we will use for several of the exercises. Today I'll be using 3lb weights. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I LOVED LOVED LOVED this!!! Can you make more videos like this. I love the slow controlled barre and Pilates moves. It’s fast paced but targets all the muscle groups and gives me a great burn! ❤❤❤❤❤ couldn’t love this more

I love these mat workouts! I'm 65 snd have ankle arthritis from an injury. Standing Squats and lunges are a no go. This is awesome. I also love the non obnoxious music and no hype!! Thank you!!
