Deadlift 245 lbs, no problem! Beat a punching bag for an hour, let's get it! Do a Barre class for 37 min, legs gave out lifting my own bodyweight and drenched in sweat 😂😂😂 thank you for the challenge!

Perfect workout! I'm 48 years old and my back went out in December. These work outs are beautiful. You are beautiful, kind and modest. You don't draw unnecessary attention to yourself that can be so distracting with other barre workouts out there. Thank you for being you and keep it going!

Coach Kel, so GLAD you did a new video. I've been doing online/CD workouts for over 30+ years (since my teens). I can honestly say yours is one of the BEST workouts I've ever done. Hits the core muscles, reshapes the body, doesn't require jumping/undue pressure on joints, and creates long/lean muscles and not bulky thighs. it keeps my body in shape, along with balanced eating (and occasional intermittent fasting). Thank you.

That was insane! It is way harder than it looks! I have been doing HIIT workouts for about a month and a half and wanted some change and this was a real challenge. At the end of this video, the sweat was dropping off my face. The best is that you don't really need much space which is great for our little apartment. More of these, please. Thank you

I love your workouts. I think, it is very good, that there is no loud music, no shouting, no lame jokes (who wants to hear it 30 times) just your calm voice explaining the excercises. I also have 3 kids, but unfortunately not your shape...:))) but I keep on doing your videos!

This was my first Barre Class - absolutely loved it! As a former Pro-Dancer I always have struggled to find exercise that I enjoy other than dancing but I loved how this combined body weight and HIIT style exercises with the flow and posture of a dance-based workout, I feel great! Can't wait to check out your other videos xx

Great workout! You are by far my favourite online barre instructor because of the clear sequencing, calm vocal delivery and muscle burn. I substituted the planks for elbow planks (still with a double knee tap then forward and back rock).

I was not expecting this to be so intense. I love it! I usually do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and the cardio is tough on my knees but this is a great alternative. Thank you so much for making this workout.

Just subscribed to your channel. You're one of the few barre instructors I can watch and learn from. You have a very un-annoying (if that's a word haha) approach and also perfect amount of cueing; just the right amount of talking! Score!

Thank you this is a great class! I have so much to say but I need a glass of water. I really appreciated the voice over alog with your perfect form. Not a small thing when usually videos are harsh on the ears. Also as a 66 yr old woman totally reminiscing about Jazz class in the 80's, missing my wicked strong young body, your choice of background music did not go unappreciated! I believe if I follow your classes and those of the young women teachers out and about now, I might find my way to some core strength and re-alignment that I can reboot my muscle memory and enjoy myself while getting strong. THANKS!

Just did this workout!! this quarantine is giving this boy momma of 3 some extra time to try to refocus on myself! My 4 year old is non verbal and severely autistic so i get lost sometimes with all of his therapies so this was a nice change! thank u & keep this coming please!!

Getting more serious about working out again. This was difficult for a beginner like myself. I paused a couple of times, but I completed it. Loved it. Will definitely do it again.
Can’t wait to tone my body more.

Also, I have serious back issues, but I was able to do all the exercises without too much issue. Loved that it was low impact too because I also have weak knees.
