I’ve been lifting for the past three years as I’ve worked through and out of a Long history of up and down battles with anorexia and body dysmorphia. As I’ve allowed my body to gain weight and push past the dysmorphia and challenges of overcoming seeing my body grow I’ve lost the interest in Killing myself in the gym for hours. I have gained strength and tone but realize as a busy mom of three the gym multiple times a week is just not the right fit for me or my children (I homeschool) I’ve been praying for the lord to Lead me to something that would help my stability, flexibility, and strength long term (I find weight training very demanding on my joints esp as I approach 40 next month) in prayer I felt led to check out Barre and landed here tonight for the first time on your Chanel. This workout kicked my butt but I felt empowered and challenged all at the same time. Thank you. Looking forward to more workouts.

This truly works and it’s convenient for before work in the morning or before bed. I’ve been doing this about twice a week along with normal Pilates and I’m definitely seeing the difference

I've done barre before but it's been a while. I've been out of the exercise loop for several months and decided to get back in. I came across this looking for a gentle stretch to get back in the groove. This was no joke! I am shaky, sweaty and my right now my body has gotten more out of this than I would have attempting my regular 35 minute barre workout
