Big vote for an all strength program!!! 6 weeks would be super fabulous!! Anyone can do cardio on the side, I would love a solid strength program to follow.

In my younger days I would've said team C, but now that I'm 65, I'm definitely going for team A! Strength is so important as we age. 💪😁

I love these workouts! Wow, do I ever get a good sweat from these! I don’t like shoulder exercises much, but I know I need to do them. I enjoy legs, glutes, biceps, and ab’s!!!

I love strength training as I realize how important it is as we age to build and maintain muscle mass. I also love a good cardio/HIIT workout, which I do at least once a week to keep my heart strong.
