You ask, I deliver! Many of you asked for an upper body weight training video...here you go! I think you will find this easy to follow and a full upper body workout! This would be a great video to follow one of my cardio / low impact aerobics videos or after a walk! You will need a pair of hand weights (soup cans or full water bottles can work). Strengthening is key to help manage arthritis, osteoporosis, and weakness. Enjoy!

At 58, I find my upper arm and lower limb strength improving steadily, thanks to your videos. The Russian roulette was the novel component for me. Thank you Jenny, for spreading good health, strength, and cheer!

I started with you Jenny at the beginning of lockdown to get myself fit for bowel surgery in the next weeks. I have had it and made a very good speedy recovery and was back home after 4 days. 4 weeks on and my consultant said the exercise regime definitely had a big part. I’m back on track and it’s the best thing I could have done ! Thankyou so much X !!

I now do 3 of your videos ..I do the cardio first, then upper body and finish off with your leg exercise...The music is fab to..🤗🤗

The ONLY thing I would add....is FUN MUSIC...but I get it you are talking to us to make sure we have good form.
You have a one hour updated workout that is great! ...so you have provided so many great videos for us to cross train!

Hi Jenny! Thank you so much for your workouts! My sister, my mom, and I have continuously done your workouts every day of quarantine. You have helped us push through and stay healthy. My mom is working out without a treadmill for the first time in her life! My sister and I have found ways to elevate the work outs to fit our needs (i.e. higher weights, jumping rather than walking).
