The workout focus today: ARMS, SHOULDERS & ABS! 30 minutes of total workout time, including a warm-up and HIIT FINISHER. Get ready to feel the 🔥 in your upper body & abs with these no-repeat killer strength exercises.

▸ Muscles Worked: Upper Body, Arms & Abs, Shoulders
▸ Time: 30 Min
▸ Equipment: Dumbbells / Weights

▸ Anna's Dumbbells: 2 x 5 kg

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible :)
Warm Up Intervals: 30 seconds per exercise
Workout Intervals: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
TABATA: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off

▸ The Workout:
1. Warm Up 0:00 - 05:15
2. Workout 05:15 - 25:15
3. Workout Finisher 25:15 - 33:45

This was beautiful, I didn’t aspect at all the last tabata circuit!!! I was already thinking “well when this is done i’m going to do a 12 m tabata to get the heart rate up “ and then tabata was into this workout 🤣🤣🤣.
Live it ! Always the best! Professional and fun 🤩

wow that was so satisfying and especially towards the end during the tabata workout, I felt more energized hearing Dynamite lol so I could I finish the workout with going all out haha

I am in pretty good shape yet had to stop 3 minutes before the workout ended. What a workout! Adding to my routine and looking forward to making better progress on this one 💪🏼

I had an emotional breakdown after this one. 😭 yes. Legit TEARS. because I completed it. I'm a Mom of 3 and only been on my fitness journey about 7 months. Only recently added hiit and more cardio to my normal strength training and boyyyy I didn't think I'd make it. Thanks for this one! 🙏💪

Oh Sweetie! I just LOVE your workouts!
I am 51 & have exercises off & on for years. I began daily workouts May 2020. Everyone i knew was staying home for pandemic related reasons
My job was essential so i NEVER got a break. Never. Never.
It was soooo stressful. I decided to just do 1 short routine daily. I chose a barre style workout i already loved.
4vyears later & i have strongly progressed!!! Amazong journey!!
