Tap in with us for a 25 Minute Arms & Abs Dumbbell Strength Workout 🔥
The format of this workout is EMOM style which stands for "every minute on the minute". We will designate a certain amount of reps for each exercise and then once completed, the remaining time left within that minute is your rest period. We highly recommend using multiple pairs of weights if you have them, otherwise you may need to adjust the reps (Juice used 25lb dumbbells and Toya used 10lb -15lb dumbbells). We've included a workout guide within the video to help you modify the workout if needed.

What I love about your videos is there's no fluff. There's no over-the-top hype. There's just working out. Plus, the preview you show for the next exercise is FIRE! So many videos force you to waste time trying to figure out what movement they are doing. With yours, there's a seemless transition right into the next set of reps.

I also love that your workouts are actually challenging. A lot of these "hardcore" workout seem to be for couch potatoes. But these workouts can really get you moving and tired.

Week 2, Day 2 [02/05/23]; Workout completed!

Arms have always been more challenging than legs for me, but I kept pushing and oh man, how proud I am. The one that gave me the most trouble was the third exercise of group two, but I still managed to finish it! To anyone reading this, remember you don't have to be perfect right away, it is progressive, and with time we'll get better!

I did this one after the 30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell EMOM workout and I definitely felt my arms and abs, thank you for another excellent and 🔥🔥workout. I really enjoy circuit style training workouts.

The preview is so helpful to keep on track with the time. Also the beeping of the countdown at the last few seconds is also super helpful. Good music and not distracting from the workout
