Lately I've been adding one of your 10 minute ab workouts into my morning workout because I find them really good. I don't have abs strong enough to do the kind of ab workouts where there are no breaks included, but this kind that you upload with longer time to exercise and a small break really pushes me to the limit and I love the fact I have time to really focus on the exercises and do them properly but I also have a small break that allows me to be able to push through the whole 10 minutes without needing extra breaks because I'm simply not there yet. Love the format, thank you!

I dit it yesterday and it wasn t that hard
Today i woke up and my abbs hurt like hell but i also did it. It was really hard today!

omg that was so hard and effective. just wish there was modification substitutes. loved it but it felt like for intermediate to advance abs peeps, glad I sort fit into that, just so sore today too.
