This workout contains tons of cardio routines which is known to be an effective way to burn fat, tone muscles, increase strength, and lose weight. Today’s workout video focuses on working out your entire body–your upper and lower body, your arms and legs, and your stomach and back. This is a do-anywhere exercise that will surely exhaust you but will make you burn a LOT of fat and calories!

Performing this workout may cause you a great deal of muscle pain. Be sure to warm up! The movements in this workout are intensive so if you feel that it’s necessary, please consult your doctor before performing this exercise.

so...i saw a girl on tiktok who lost a lot of weight by doing this workout 6 days a week for a month, she lost more than 30lbs and it really motivated me as i am a very impatient person...i will try it for a month and update you guys every weeks with how my body changed and how much i lost 💪🏼

UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH : i did 30 minutes everyday with 1H of walking everyday as well, and combined with a diet i lost 6 kilos :)

Hi guys, this is a really great workout. Here is a small piece of advice from me to all of you strong and beautiful people, if you find an exercise really hard to do try to replace it with an easy one but don't stop working out and wait for the next one. For me, Toe touches and Tricep dip kicks are really hard so I try to replace them with Russian twist and donkey kicks. I hope you find this helpful and I want whoever is reading this to know that you are such a wonderful human being, keep going and know that you are loved and appreciated. When you don't feel like working out or feel really low just get up and workout because it's a slow process, but quitting won't speed it up. Think of your workouts as important meetings you've scheduled with yourself. Bosses don't cancel. Consistency can be harder when no ones is clapping for you. You must clap for yourself during those times, you should always be your biggest fan. Results happen over time, not over night. Work hard, stay consistent and be patient. YOU CAN DO THIS!!

I've recently been very demotivated... Many of my family were insulting saying that I was too fat and on top of all that I have I'm only 16 years and I have to endure a lot... So I'm gonna make a bet with myself that not matter what, even if I have to take a lot of breaks in the middle I will complete this routine every day and not weight myself until 31st December(My It is only me and my body now
