I decided to repeat this routine three times a week (after work on my gym days), for the last two weeks. I am deeper in love with this routine and the difference it has made in my body is very noticeable.

I Was on a walk with my phone playing music in my pocket and once I got home all of a sudden I heard you talking with the music...I pulled out my phone and somehow your video started...🤔very odd...but WELCOMED! 🤗So I pulled out my mat and did some of the routine with you. ALWAYS GOOD TO SEE MR. Timazing! 😘😍🥰💞😇🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Thanks Tim, I now feel ready for yoga- being older I usually have to warm up myself before starting but now I have a little routine to follow- loved the 30 days when you're in the front room of the house with the brick fire place doing those various mobility exercises- everyone would benefit from them (except the likes of Francesca and Colin maybe- they're already flexible enough) and I think your audience would appreciate them and become better able to move in their asana. Thanks again Tim, always full of good ideas.
